BaconPop Review

All,

The new protocol - I'll never endorse a product I haven't tested.  It may make for less frequent updates but I feel I can't do justice to my fellow Bacon Aficiando's without having tried the Bacon myself!

So this week I want to report a surprisingly positive review for J&D's BaconPop: http://www.jdfoods.net/products/baconpop.php

This savory treat turned out to be well balanced with a smokey yet not overpowering flavor.  Several tasters commented on the quality of the popcorn and subtle bacon flavor enhancement.  Like a good bag of potato chips, once you start you just can't stop until it's gone!  Warning - after popping this treat in our office micro-kitchen we did generate a strong after-smell.  I recommend bringing over a bag to your next football, "Lost", or "The Bachelor" party vs. cooking it up at home!
