Here's a great example of how the Pig is top of mind at local restaurants! The Herbfarm: www.theherbfarm.com is a fantastic restaurant in Woodinville that specializes in fine dining dedicated to local, sustainable ingredients. And it just so happens that this month that includes our favorite food the Pig!

I got to go, this past Friday.... and Experience that menu: "Makin' Bacon". It was amazing and felt like an episode of Iron Chef, as EVERY dish included some element of pig. The normal visit, during an Herbfarm dinner, to visit the two pet pigs (Basil and Borage) seemed a bit depressing and ironic, given the theme of the meal. MMmmmmmmm. Bacon.
